Founded by property and construction company LendLease, the Be Onsite not-for-profit company is dedicated to helping people from excluded groups make a positive change in their lives. The aim of Be Onsite is the relief of unemployment for the benefit of the public through a wide range of interventions and tailored support, primarily within the building, construction, property and related industries. BeOnsite can offer on-the-job training for skills in the property industry, leading to long-term employment for successful candidates. We train local people for local jobs and allow them to earn money in the process. BeOnsite tackles social exclusion through real jobs for the unemployed, homeless, ex-offenders, serving prisoners, Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) community, people with disabilities, Women into Construction, and other people from disadvantaged groups.
