Priors Park Neighbourhood Project is a registered charity and has been delivering vital services to the community since 2004. Our aim is to deliver those services to local residents, especially those most marginalised and disadvantaged in society, which promote four basic themes: • Education – build relationships with the local community to engage them in a supportive, safe environment where they can receive training, and advice with issues facing them. • Health and Wellbeing – engage people in positive activities to encourage awareness of healthy eating & living. • Community Safety & Cohesion – working in partnership with local schools, children’s centres, housing associations, PCSOs, Tewkesbury Food Bank, local councils, and other charities on Priors Park Estate to build a safer area for all to live. • The Environment – working with the community, nature reserve and allotments to encourage improvements to the area and develop back to nature projects. We are continually supporting the COVID19 Pandemic with various projects, please see below:- COVID RECOVERY PROJECT: COLOUR THERAPY WORKSHOPS /MINDFULNESS WORKSHOPS COVID RECOVERY PROJECT: PPNP SHEDS supports mental health and isolation. COVID RECOVERY PROJECT: PPNP PANTRY offers a membership of £3.50 per person, per household to support those families in our community with budgeting and healthier eating/lifestyles. A member will receive at least 10 items including fresh fruit, vegetables, toiletries, and many store cupboard favourites at a fraction of the supermarket price to complement their usual weekly shop. COVID RECOVERY PROJECT: PPNP PORTAL is a digital communications and e-learning platform that endeavours to unite local organisations. Fun interactive learning Suite Is a feature available on our PPNP Portal. THE POP UP ART SHOP To promote awareness of creative charity projects & local Artists bringing their work to life. Supporting, creating awareness to mental health/isolation.
