We offer a Predictive Control as a Service (PCaaS) platform for manufacturers of building energy systems. This enables our customers to operate their products efficiently and in a truly smart way. Self-Learning Predictive Control for smart thermostats, the first feature available on our PCaaS platform, reduces the heating and cooling energy consumption of buildings by 20-40% while improving thermal comfort for the occupants. As a spin-off company of the Urban Energy Systems Lab at Empa and the Automatic Control Lab at ETH Zürich, Switzerland, we are close to top research and innovation.
