Established in 2019 and run by a wife and husband team, Elena and Jeff Beck, The Fox & The Cake specializes in creating beautiful wedding cakes and celebration cakes. Everything is crafted in their little home studio kitchen. Elena began her career as a successful graphic designer. However, after having her first son, she decided that her passion for baking and design could be combined. After attending The French Pastry School in Chicago, IL and graduating with Honors in June 2018, she set about to learn new techniques and hone her skills by attending classes around the country from some of the best sugar professionals in the industry. Her husband Jeff has always been artistic and Elena convinced him to assist with a cake design one day and the rest is history. Jeff not only loves creating hand-painted 2D fondant art, but is also a self-proclaimed “Kitchen Manager”, “Finance Manager”, and “Cake Chauffeur”. After moving their family to Fort Mill, SC in Spring 2019, they decided it was time to embark on a new journey and thus The Fox & The Cake was born. They love working with their clients to make their dream cakes come to reality.
