The Long Island Hospitality and Leisure Association (LIH&LA) is dedicated to promoting tourism on Long Island by working with those that are in the hospitality industry throughout Long Island. The LIH&LA has numerous events one can attend, which includes but is not limited to educational seminars, various symposiums with guest speakers and industry leaders, membership meetings, fundraising events, and more. The LIH&LA also works with and supports other local industry associations that promote Long Island as a premier tourism destination. The association works closely with colleges and universities throughout Long Island that have tourism and hospitality related programs. The LIH&LA works in association with the Long Island Convention and Visitors Bureau and Sports Commission (LICVB), as well as the New York State Hospitality & Tourism Association (NYSH&TA).
