At Snowflake, we take an artisan approach to making our luxury gelato. Our story began in 2012 when we opened our first boutique in Bayswater. Since then, we have opened in luxury locations across London including Soho, South Kensington, Marble Arch, The o2 and Westfield shopping centres. More recently, we have opened in the Trafford Centre, Manchester, and our ambitious global expansion plans have seen us launch our first international franchise locations across the Middle East. With a passion for perfection, our head chef Paolo leads our team of talented Italian chefs, who create our range of award-winning gelato and sorbetto by hand. Using artisan techniques, the team take an uncompromising approach to sourcing the finest ingredients. In fact, we still use the same organic Jersey milk and cream from Ivy House Farm in Somerset that we fell in love with when we made our first batch of gelato over ten years ago. Staying true to our belief in both creativity and the finest quality ingredients, our innovative menus have evolved and expanded to create a four-seasons experience, including warm desserts, waffles, crepes and hot drinks, that keep our happy customers coming back for more all year round. To date, we have won over 30 Great Taste Gold Stars and in 2014 we were voted the UK's number 1 product for our Raspberry Sorbetto. In addition to our boutiques, we also offer a wide range of services, including a range of wholesale products, as well as a focus on brand partners and events.
