A little over 9 years ago, Vincent and I decided to embark on a rather crazy project: producing and marketing our champagne from scratch! Maison Dellis is therefore a family story, a story of moments shared with friends, a challenge to produce little but with love! Located in Moussy, in the heart of the prestigious Coteaux Sud d'Epernay, we offer 3 vintages produced in limited editions of 582, 512 and 420 bottles.
