Managing Partner Larry Baldwin is a healthcare payer leader and transformation driver, helping health plan executives lead complex, high-stakes strategic initiatives — frequently for government programs — across multiple sites and business functions. As a change leader, he promotes operational readiness and strengthens adoption, and often is called to stand in the gap as an interim leader, as needed. He has previous experience in the finance industry and earned an MBA at the University of San Diego and a bachelor’s degree in communication studies at Point Loma Nazarene University.
