We are a non-profit graduate student-run organization at SUNY, The University at Albany. Our core mission is to facilitate and enhance the academic and extracurricular experiences of graduate students in order to empower us as a community. We are dedicated to advocacy on behalf of our graduate students and graduate workers at the university level, in addition to SUNY-wide and in our community. We also provide many resources for our graduate students, including professional development opportunities, research and professional development grants, social events, printing and copying services, and more. Through our self-empowerment we also seek to promote the values of social justice, equity, sustainability, and academic freedom.
