The Department of Information Technology is part of the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Åbo Akademi University. We are located in Turku and Vaasa (starting Fall 2021). The research is organized around on two themes: Development of Mission-Critical Software and the Industrial Internet. We are very dynamic, compact and agile department and we have an extensive co-operation with the industry, research institutes and other universities nationally and abroad.
