That connection is born out of developing relationships and understanding that the design process is not just a list to be ticked, but working out what are the most integral parts of the outcome. Our design approach is to firstly critically interrogate the brief, holding off on our own opinion until that process is complete. Once the brief is robust and the basis set we look to expand on the initial concept and produce a product that fits perfectly the aspirations. The technical aspects of the project are intertwined in this whole process, producing a seamless transition through to the construction phase. We feel that by adhering to this process the outcome is far more organic and unique to the client, but all done with a commercial awareness. Our team of designers, planning consultants, engineers and consultants here have an extensive knowledge of traditional and modern construction methods, including offsite construction and are committed to delivering high quality design solutions for all types of projects from bespoke residential houses to 200+ unit schemes. We work throughout the country on residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, leisure and educational schemes and look to incorporate cutting edge design combined with the use of sustainable products and renewable energy solutions.
