We contract with client companies to effectively outsource their marketing and lead generation functions, and can operate as either an outbound sales effort ranging from basic database management, and lead generation, across the entire sales cycle to a completed transaction. Our inbound calling efforts can serve technical markets or dealership/distributor markets. All of our business is “business to business”. We do not get involved with consumer sales and marketing efforts or projects. Our contractual relationships with client companies typically begin with a pilot program, and then after a feedback loop has been established, move into long‐term relationship service contracts. Our offices are in one of the most architecturally interesting buildings in the city, and our technology is leading edge…using virtual hosted pbx systems, and a seamlessly integrated and robust Saleforce.com CRM application designed to efficiently generate sales and communicate and report with detail and transparency to our client companies. We have Outside Sales Contract (1099) relationships around the country, with particular industry expertise, and we continue to expand that effort. Our inside sales force is currently in a single location, but plans are in place to expand regionally or even internationally as the market demands. Our sales and marketing efforts include a high caliber training program using SalesBrain…a recognized leader in sales training. This is a differentiating factor that adds to our efforts for our client companies.
