Surgance is a worldwide, 501c3 nonprofit organization that brings together social entrepreneurs, volunteers, corporations, philanthropists, foundations, governments, and other groups for collaboration to improve lives and transform communities. UNCOMMON PARTNERS: The Surgance movement builds community by creating coalitions among people, groups and organizations which do not usually work together. COMMON GROUND ISSUES: Through Surgance, these uncommon partners address non divisive, common ground issues of social concern. CHANGING LIVES: Surgance provides these collaborations with the infrastructure, logistical organization, and support to effectively achieve desired outcomes. RESULT: Lives are changed and communities are transformed, making the world a better place. As Chief Learning Officer, I will continue to use my strengths in Executive Coaching and Business Consulting as I help new social entrepreneurs launch programs locally and globally to bring positive change to people and places around the world.
