RATL is a cross-industry insurance initiative bringing together senior insurance leaders to collectively create a stronger voice on race and ethnicity to influence the industry through action and through senior leadership. RATL was established in 2021 to catalyse the influence of senior leaders from Black, Asian, Mixed and other Minority Ethnic backgrounds at all levels of the insurance industry. The insurance industry is increasingly a sector that welcomes, respects and benefits from cultural differences. There is still much more work to do and this group seeks to ensure there are proactive efforts at the senior level to support the development of ethnic minorities as C-Suite and board level leaders. www.ratl.co.uk
