AWCA Investment Holdings Pty Ltd ("AIH") is a 100% black women owned investment company which was founded and funded by 61 black women majority of whom are Chartered Accountants. Created with the vision of ensuring the financial sustainability of the African Women Chartered Accountants ("AWCA")- a Non- Profit organisation created to facilitate entry of black women into the Chartered Accountancy Profession. It has created the Private Equity Fund, AIH Capital that is intended to influence the portfolio companies in which it invests by being a strategic partner.
