We believe metacognition is more than just reflecting on your learning. Metacognition is being able to adapt to the unknown. It is having strategies to make progress at whatever you set your mind to. Metacognition is future proofing. Our consultants work with school leaders, taking time to understand their school’s individual situations and offering advice on how to embed and measure the impact of a metacognitive approach to teaching and learning within their organisations.
