Services provided: A drop-in service providing advice on benefits, maximising income, statutory rights, accessing health services and securing temporary accommodation Referrals to relevant housing providers including local projects such as the Joel Community Trust’s 10-bed night shelter in Norbiton and the YMCA in Surbiton Two year tenancies for up to 37 single people ineligible for council housing in one of 9 properties with a Support Plan being developed for each tenant Emergency clothing, sleeping bags, backpacks and food for people who are living on the streets A weekly Jobclub to help clients find work
