Voyeur was founded in 2018 by Dulcinee DeGuere, Russell Kahn, and Lio Mehiel following the success of Arcade Amerikana at Industry City. The trio has experience in narrative and documentary film, commercial content creation, and immersive design. Collectively, they have worked at CAA, Deutsch, Amazon Studios, and have produced work that premiered at Tribeca Film Festival, Raindance Film Festival, and OUTFEST. Voyeur uses experimental creative processes to create work tailored to the contemporary consciousness. We strive to illuminate the structures that shape human interaction while empowering audiences to transcend them.
