I'm an anthropologist with a large experience in business coaching, member of a family of engineers lots of empathy and humor. Key Words Personally I always present myself with three key words, which enforce each other. Observation is the start off everything. Not a wonder when you know that I’m an anthropologist and hobby artist. With observation I mean to observe using all your senses. For example as a business coach I daily use active listening. No pleasure without imagination! Imagination is born out of observation. This is a creative and solution focused process: You will discover different points off view, which will give you a broader and innovative point of view. This innovation can be technical but there are a lot of innovation on a social level too. There is more than boxes and structures, go for connection! Connection is the last word in my Holy Trinity. I’m born as a networker, I ‘m good matchmaker but I also make easily association so you can come to new solutions or you will find that step you need to take to go to a new level off change or innovation.
