lion.app is an early career talent recruitment and development platform. We vet, develop, and train early-career individuals to work for partner companies on a 3 month basis for a minimum of 5 hours a week, up to a maximum of 20 hours per week per apprentice. Every day our apprentices use our platform to make connections, discover opportunities, build skills and gain insights. We believe amazing things happen when apprentices work together in an environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging, and that what matters most is having the capabilities and potential needed to succeed. We believe in bridging the socioeconomic opportunity gap for nontraditional and disadvantaged individuals who do not have reliable means or access to enter the technical workforce and start their careers. We partner with employers to reimagine entry-level hiring by creating pathways for underserved individuals, integrating learning in a real world environment setting. We do this by taking individuals through our apprenticeship program into hire-ready, up-start individuals guided by their principles, grit, and determination. We are not being hyperbolic in our statement when we say we are onto something completely new, an organization of the future for undiscovered and underserved human potential.
