Tikay was founded by Pilar Gonzalez in 2012. PILAR GONZALEZ For years she has worked closely with her sister Amparo, and a group of Colombian artisans, designing very unique products that are meant to enhance the home living environment. Pilar uses a combination of mother earth’s materials, fine Colombian woods, semi-precious metals like pewter, stainless steel, copper and silver, and mother of pearl in her exceptional creations. She manipulates color in such a way, that in some of her creations what you see is a color explosion, unmatched by any other that characterizes her artistic soul.
