The Refugee Youth Project (RYP), a program of Baltimore City Community College (BCCC), seeks to improve the lives of Baltimore’s youngest refugees by supporting their academic needs and by making their acculturation simple and meaningful. Our vision is that newly-arrived youth reach their fullest potential through the successful coordination of public and private partnerships designed to meet their academic and social integration needs.
