BentallGreenOak is majority owned by Sun Life Financial, a Canadian financial services company and one of the largest life insurance companies in the world. The JV is growing its platform via ground-up developments and the re-purposing of existing assets in areas across the UK that are anchored by strong research and development credentials. The venture will also seek to partner with public and private bodies to build successful open innovation ecosystems. Since inception, we have secured a committed pipeline in excess of 1,000,000 sq ft and continue to grow rapidly. Our market-leading R&D real estate expertise, understanding of planning and development, and ability to transact on an all equity basis, has resulted in a proven track record of executing complex acquisitions rapidly and unconditionally.
