Iowa Distilling Company produces a line of whiskeys and rum by hand, from scratch, in ridiculously small batches. Each batch of local grain is ground, fermented, distilled, and bottled in our Cumming, Iowa facility. We don't take shortcuts here, and nothing is automated. We use local grain, small pot stills, full-sized charred oak barrels, and plenty of patience to make the best spirits possible.
