DOWN UNDER TOURS PTY. LIMITED is a leisure, travel & tourism company based out of 26 Redden St, Portsmith, Queensland, Australia. We have come a long way from our humble beginnings in 1990 when brothers Gordon & James Dixon, along with their partners Helen & Jann, founded the company. Being raised in a family business in transport and logistics, it was a natural progression for the two brothers to establish their own company. At Down Under Tours we abide by the motto 'Our People make the difference'. From our experienced Driver Guides to our friendly Reservations staff, Operations team and dedicated Administrative people working behind the scenes, it is our people who define our standards of quality and consistency. Through this philosophy we have continued to flourish and with a major focus on quality, our ability to deliver the best product & experiences to our clients has become a reality. In August 2014, AAT Kings (who are owned by The Travel Corporation (TTC), the largest privately owned travel company in the world) became a majority shareholder of Down Under Tours. Both companies are family owned and have similar business philosophies, and this secures our long term future.
