Retrofitting the Hydronic Shell onto an existing facade will revitalize the building appearance with limitless architectural possibilities. Performing the work outside of the building minimizes tenant disruption and avoids costly tenant displacements. Beyond retrofits, the Hydronic Shell will also emerge as a preferred HVAC technology for multifamily new construction. Our technology will offer better performance at lower cost than any other HVAC technology on the market today. Buildings are one of the largest sources of CO2 emissions around the world. Societies understand that they must reduce these emissions dramatically, but the industry still lacks a solution that is cost-effective and can be deployed at the large scale necessary.
