Everyone is welcome at our small and friendly studio. We offer several different yoga styles and have classes for students of all levels, from the very beginner through to the seasoned practictioner. All of our yoga teachers are passionate and knowledgeable about yoga - and it shows in their classes. We are always happy to answer any questions that you might have about yoga and the studio. In addition we offer private yoga sessions so that you can have a practice tailored to your exact needs. We also offer a range of workshops so that you can delve deeper into your yoga pracitice or another area of interest.
