Engaged For Success CIC is a Social Enterprise setup by Susan Popoola to work on encouraging the recognition of Human Value and Purpose at an individual level, within local Communities, Wider Society and the Global Community through Education, Business and Community Engagement Engaged For Success further works to create a practical awareness of issues of deprivation, exclusion and engagement within communities and highlights some of the positive actions taking place within society to overcome the issues. With a strong focus on Young People, Leverage Peoples works to achieve its objectives through: * The Publication of Research providing Social Perspectives into Civil Society and Social Issues * Facilitated Discussions and Debates, especially within Educational Establishments * Consultancy work to support individuals, groups and organisation by providing solutions to improve their offerings and create a greater awareness of their activities* Supporting and providing guidance to individuals and organisations with a strong CSR agenda who want to make a difference * Developing projects and initiatives to engage individuals who would otherwise be disengaged from the mainstream of society
