We are an American company that owns a recruiting firm in the Dominican Republic that also has an HR & Payrolling service. We can recruit college educated English/Spanish speaking people in the DR, hire through our payroll service and assign to your company same as employees while on paper they are legally paid by our Dominican HR company. We can put the people through a recruiter training bootcamp to serve as the foundation for you to take them over and train up the rest of the way. You can train them to be recruiting assistants, candidate sourcers or full recruiters. Due to the currency exchange and cost of living a person can work remote from the DR for up to 75% less than in the mainland USA while being only 2 hours from Miami. We are not an RPO and do not hire people to rent to American companies. In contrast we recruit people in the DR to work for you same as normal employees while on paper they are legally employed by our Dominican HR company.
