We connect health, care and housing through integrated property and service partnerships. We are a North West based public private partnership between Eric Wright Group and Community Health Partnerships (who are wholly owned by the Department of Health). We facilitate and coordinate new working relationships, opening up new opportunities for health, care and housing to work together and develop new solutions to existing problems. We do this by setting up joint ventures, developing, building and owning property including housing such as extra care, intermediate and rehab units, GP facilities, health centres and community hospitals. We can offer a range of other services such as strategic estates planning and management.
