Merfish only sources from mills they have personally inspected or are qualified with an American Petroleum Institute (API) quality system. Merfish has the largest inventory of standard pipe in the USA with stocks of over 50,000 tons (over 2,200 truckloads) and distributes this pipe with our own fleet of trucks. Many of Merfish’s products reach our customers through committed weekly truck routes because we at Merfish know that when you need a little bit of pipe you sometimes cannot wait to buy a full truckload. Merfish dispatches over 25 dedicated weekly delivery routes to handle customer's needs across the Map! The jewel of the company is our location in Houston, TX. The 240,000 sq. ft. facility is served by 17 overhead cranes. All pipe 16” and smaller is kept indoors because Merfish understands that the physical appearance of steel pipe is critically important to our distributor customers. This warehouse is staffed 24 hours a day and offers Merfish’s exclusive MEL (Merfish Express Load) option whereby the average load time is less than 10 minutes, a feat not achieved anywhere else in the pipe industry.
