ZATZ Labs (formerly ZATZ Publishing)
www.zatzlabs.comLaunched in 1998, ZATZ was one of the first technology magazine publishers on the Internet. Using ZENPRESS, a content management system ripped from the future, ZATZ was able to bring thousands of articles to readers worldwide. The entire 16-year archive — every single article and news item — is still available for you to read. In early 2015, tens of thousands of nonprofits worldwide were faced with losing their funding due to the impending shutdown of Seamless Donations. In an effort to save the good works produced by these nonprofits, David Gewirtz adopted the free and open source software project, and has continually enhanced its fund-raising capabilities and security features. In the time since David initially took on the curation of Seamless Donations, it has enabled nonprofits to raise millions of dollars for their causes. David also adopted open-source WordPress plugins used in the ZATZ archive and maintains them here for the benefit of the WordPress community. Today, ZATZ is also home to David’s ZATZ Labs projects, where he develops breakthrough technologies like the ZENPRESS enterprise content management system and the AI Editor, a dynamic content analysis and editing system based on innovative artificial intelligence algorithms and heuristics.
