As a business we are currently involved in: • £200m of construction on mixed use projects ranging from arenas, residential, offices, leisure, food and beverage, market halls, parks, and car parks • £300m of development projects in the planning process • Asset managing over 1,000 tenancies across the full range of mixed use including residential • Launching the UK’s first ESG focused fund - targeting long term investment in retail and leisure • Over £330m of transactions in 2021/22
