My name is Will Sowerby and I am a strategic marketing leader who grows brands within the modern consumer landscape by helping them think differently and often- bigger. I’m very lucky to have spent 15 years working with and learning from some of the industry’s best people and brands. After starting out promoting the local University radio station, my career begun working as a planner in the UK's top creative agencies (iris-worldwide, BBH) to delivering growth strategies for blue-chip clients in London and New York (Bow&Arrow-Accenture). And for the past five years, I’ve led teams within the UK's tech start-up scene (MyWorld, Apex Rides). By working both agency and client side, I have developed a broad but unique skillset; one that’s built on the fundamental principles of effective marketing but honed to move the needle for businesses. On Growth As much as we'd all like it, there is no silver bullet to long-term and sustained growth. There is however, a golden mindset to adopt and a set of levers to pull.
