KALMARs was founded in 1967 by Michael Kalmar in the City of London. In 1986, KALMARs moved to Shad Thames, SE1, to service its core area of activity. In 1977, Richard Kalmar was appointed full partner of KALMARs. KALMARs have substantially championed the development of SE1, through their involvement in the regeneration of the area. More recently, KALMARs established their residential branch on Old Kent Road, SE1, to serve the surrounding areas with sales and lettings.
