Schools Mutual Services' customers are also its owners. As such, they are entitled to receive a share of the profits generated by the mutual company. Schools Mutual Services is chaired by Nick Hurn, CEO of the Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust and vice-chaired by Sir Ken Gibson of Harton Academy.
