The mission of Primos Dallas is to guide and motivate young people to become college, career, and life ready by providing them with the tools to develop self-efficacy, a growth mindset, and a commitment to service. We do this by fostering authentic one-to-one mentoring relationships between Latino professionals and students. We have a robust training program for mentors and provide on-going support for all participants.
