Roots to Thrive understands the mind-body-spirit connection and provides holistic treatment approaches to life's difficult challenges. Roots to Thrive uses a variety of evidence based modalities to provide comprehensive treatment of a variety of conditions such as stress, anxiety, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, depression, ADD/ADHD, learning difficulties, autism, tantrums, and more. Some offerings include: mindfulness based stress reduction, anxiety groups for pre-teens, teens and young adults, therapeutic yoga, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, reflex integration, self-regulation groups, life and wellness coaching and more. We look far deeper than the diagnosis or symptoms, to the root of the dysfunction or disruption, so that we can empower our clients do more than just survive and actually THRIVE in every aspect of their lives.
