The vision began in 2015 to focus on freehold residential property investment and refurbishment in specific areas of South East London in time for the Cross Rail Elizabeth line completion. Our Director, Artom Marshall personally oversees each project and ensures it is completed on time and on budget! Artom is responsible for the whole 360 process from sourcing Auction properties and project management to procurement, contracts, resourcing, snag works and quality control. Workload dependent, he also gets hands-on with the renovations and has an in depth understanding of a wide array of building trades.
