TJM Properties Inc. is a real estate acquisition and management firm specializing in hotels and senior living. The company has owned as many as 19 independent and assisted living facilities throughout the Southeast United States. In 2013, the company sold 15 of these facilities enabling the company to concentrate on their more strategic senior living properties and new hotel acquisitions. TJM owns and manages its four senior living and ten hotels. TJM continues to increase its holdings, with a concentration on acquiring full service hotels to it’s portfolio.
