The African Forest Elephant Foundation is a U.K.-registered charity, operating out of London and Cape Town, whose mission is the conservation of African forest elephants in the Congo Basin. AFEF is working to induce an international shift in African elephant conservation towards greater focus upon forest elephants and aims to preserve their place, along with that of their Central African forest habitat, into the future.
