As they searched for a resource that provided exciting information on where to shop, dine, entertain the children, & discover a cool date night, they found information that sent them Inside The Perimeter (ITP). This was unacceptable! Scoop OTP was created to provide reviews, suggestions, & recommendations for just about everything fun you expect and more. This isn’t an Angie’s list of plumbers, but a go-to resource from friends to friends for a fabulous OTP time!
