Hudson Headwaters 340B provides third party administration, auditing services, and consulting, to entities nationwide using a 340B participant's perspective. We see 340B through the eyes of a covered entity, because we have grown from one. After more than a decade of firsthand experience with the program, we’ve learned many valuable lessons that we are able to share with clients every day. The Hudson Headwaters 340B team understands the critical value of systems focused on ensuring compliance and mitigating risk. This understanding led our parent organization, Hudson Headwaters Health Network, through a successful HRSA audit in 2015, with no adverse findings. Our keen literacy of the 340B space allows us to deliver strategic preparation and lasting peace of mind for our clients. In effort to share our strengths to target client concerns, in 2016 we began offering Independent Audits and other compliance services.
