As a union for nonprofit professionals, our goal is to enhance our nonprofit organizations by strengthening our voice in the workplace. Our members have established standards for fair and equal treatment of nonprofit professionals by negotiating contracts that improved pay, benefits, and working conditions. Through joining together in union with NPEU, we have created better, more effective organizations.
