(DBSA) sold its CoachCast and Save Review System (SRS) technologies to Upper Hand, Inc. of Indianapolis, Indiana in exchange for cash and future participation in a revenue sharing agreement. The CoachCast has been re-branded as APEX Sports Software. Double Blue Sports Analytics (DBSA) is the creator of the CoachCast and the Save Review System (SRS) app-based video analysis platforms. Coaches, athletes, and recruiters use video to capture and analyze athletes' practice and game performance. Double Blue produces mobile apps that enable the capture, review, tagging, grouping, sharing, and cloud-storage of 1,000s of videos for 100s of athletes.
