AUTOMATUM is committed to technology modernization and business models to provide its expertise in the solutions offered to its customers. These solutions are based in best practices and global success cases. We use process, information, systems and technology frameworks either to startups (green field approach) or to customers which have their own business, process and systems models (brown field approach). All these models and frameworks have already tested and approved properly generating improvements in the results, removing redundancies and activities that do not aggregate value, using "lean operation" concept, reducing project risks, implementation and operation costs and the acquisition cycles.
