OUR APPROACH Given pulmonary hypertension is a rare disease often misdiagnosed, we are leveraging state-of-the-art social media hardware and software to extend knowledge of this disease beyond the traditional affinity group to create awareness and to educate. Additionally phaware is developing apps which from a patient/doctor perspective are designed to create greater patient-physician connectivity, as well as provide real time health data for physicians and clinicians focused on seeking a cure for this rare disease.
