CLD architects believe that by getting the right people together for our projects we ensure that they are delivered on time and within budget. We don’t keep a full-time staff. Instead, we use what we lovingly call the “The CLD Model,” where we get some of the best folks in the industry to come together and collaborate, depending on your project’s needs. Some need a handful of specialists, like a structural engineer who has years of experience or a builder who has extensive knowledge in historical restoration.
