Rating Agency is one of the leading research agencies in the Republic of Macedonia specialized in the field of public opinion research, market research and outsourced contact center sevices. Our team consists of eminent experts in the field of research that work according to the world trends in the research industry. As a member of the International Organization for Research ESOMAR (www.esomar.org) our work is in accordance with the world ICC/ESOMAR standards. Starting from 2007, Rating has interviewed more than 150 000 people, and has conducted the largest survey on the territory of the City of Skopje, with 11 500 respondents.
