All areas of planning consultancy undertaken including appraisals, applications, lawful development certificates, appeals, enforcement matters and local / strategic / neighbourhood plan work. Other services include lead consultant’s role on multi-discipline projects (e.g. Environmental Impact Assessment schemes), direct instruction of Counsel, public inquiry work and High Court expert witness services. Bluestone Planning became a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in 2011.
